We love working with cafes, delis, wellness studios, gift shops, and like-minded businesses that share our passion for quality, organic chai and tea.

5.1 Who We Partner With

We are selective about our wholesale partners — not because we're exclusive, but because we believe in building genuine relationships. We partner with businesses that:

Share our values around organic, ethical sourcing
Take pride in the quality of products they serve or sell

5.2 How to Apply

To apply for a wholesale account, please get in touch via our Wholesale Enquiry form on the website, or email us directly at wholesale@mammachai.com.au with the following information:

Business name and ABN
Your website and/or Instagram handle
Type of business (cafe, retailer, spa, gift shop, etc.)
Approximate volume of product you anticipate ordering monthly
Products you're interested in stocking or serving

We aim to respond to all wholesale enquiries within 1–3 business days.

5.3 Wholesale Pricing & Minimum Orders

Wholesale pricing is available for approved accounts. A minimum order value applies (details provided upon approval). We offer:

Standard wholesale pricing for retail stockists
Trade account pricing for cafes and hospitality businesses
Volume discounts for recurring large orders — ask us!

All wholesale prices are exclusive of GST. GST will be added at invoice.

5.4 Payment Terms

For approved wholesale accounts:

New accounts: payment upfront (EFT, credit card, or Shopify invoice)
Established accounts (after $1,500 in total orders with a good payment history): Net 30 terms may be available upon application
We accept EFT, credit card, and Afterpay Business where applicable

5.5 Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation and payment. Shipping is calculated based on order weight and destination. Free shipping thresholds for wholesale accounts are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

5.6 Resale & Brand Guidelines

Wholesale partners agree to: Mamma Chai Policy Suite | hello@mammachai.com.au

Sell Mamma Chai products at or above the recommended retail price (RRP)
Not discount products more than 20% below RRP without prior written approval
Not list or resell products on third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay) without written permission
Use approved brand imagery and product descriptions

Brand assets and a product information pack will be provided upon approval of your wholesale account.

5.7 Returns for Wholesale

All wholesale sales are final unless products are faulty or damaged on arrival. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to wholesale@mammachai.com.au.
