Brewing Instructions

Directions for 2 servings:

  • Add 1.5 cups of water with 3 teaspoons of chai in a saucepan.
  • Simmer for 2-3 minutes on stovetop.
  • Add 1 cup milk of your choice and bring to the boil.
  • Strain chai
  • Add your choice of sweetener as desired to taste.
Quick Brew
  • Measure 1 tsp loose leaf tea per 250ml (1 cup) hot water.
  • Pour hot water into teapot over the tea leaves, cover with a lid and let steep.
  • Pour the steeped tea through a tea strainer into a teacup.
  • Enjoy your tea plain or with honey, sugar or milk.

The Chai Ritual

Energy, Digestion and Calm, In One Daily Cup

Add 1.5 cups of water with 3 teaspoons of chai in a saucepan.

Simmer for 2-3 minutes on stovetop.

Add 1 cup milk of your choice and bring to the boil.

    Strain the chai into a clean jar or bottle. Let it cool to room temperature.
  4. Overnight Infusion
    Refrigerate for 6-12 hours. Flavours deepen, tannins soften, spice fully infuse.
